• Beta Access & Inquiries: When you request access to the Klarasoft EMM platform or submit an inquiry, we collect your name, business email address, company name, anticipated fleet size, device environment (e.g., dedicated kiosks, rugged hardware, Android XR), and any message notes you provide.
• Console Administration: For authenticated enterprise console users, we collect administrative contact credentials and authentication logs necessary to maintain secure access and audit administrative changes.
• Product & Release Updates: If you sign up for release announcements or early beta updates, we collect your email address and notification preferences.

2. Fleet Telemetry & Customer Data

When an enterprise deploys the Klarasoft platform to manage Android hardware via Google's Android Management API (AMAPI), Klarasoft acts as a data processor on behalf of the customer. Device telemetry (such as battery health, OS build version, encryption state, and enrollment status) is processed strictly to provide device management services according to customer-configured policies. We do not sell or monetize fleet telemetry or enterprise device data.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected business and contact information to:

• Review and provision access to the Klarasoft EMM beta and administrative console.
• Deliver technical support, onboarding assistance, and platform security advisories.
• Prevent spam, abuse, unauthorized access, and malicious activity.

We employ enterprise security controls, encrypted transit (TLS 1.3), and restricted role-based access. Inquiries and account records are retained only as long as necessary to serve your organization, maintain platform security, and fulfill legal compliance requirements.
